5 /5 Peter Lupkowski: First visit. It is indeed a hidden gem. We recall the bank that was located here and they did a great job renovating. A welcoming place with kind attentive staff. The food presentation was top notch and the taste was extravagant. Desert was perfect. Parking is available across the street toward River St. take a look at the vault and seating inside!!

5 /5 Peggy Hill: Epic food, fantastic bartenders. Overall the best place Ive ever been to in wilkesbarre. Try the sweet pizza! Also the cheesecake holy cow! This IS THE BEST PLACE to eat in wilkesbarre

1 /5 Kristen R: If I could give it 0 stars I would. This used the be a favorite place of ours, primarily because I loved the bang bag shrimp appetizer and especially the shrimp tacos. Tonight was the last time we will ever dine there. To start, the bang bang shrimp appetizer was rubbery and rough to chew. I was starving so ate them and now regretting it hoping I dont get sick. When the shrimp tacos came they were not serve as indicated on the menu and had no mango salsa at all. It literally was the swme exact thing as the appetizer stuffed in 3 sift taco shells. We had to wait quite some time until they came over after we signaled for their attention. Note, there were only 3 tables in the restaurant that were occupied. When they did come over, both the waitress and the other girl had a serious attitude about it. They proceeded to take the plate back to the kitchen and return with some type of mini (very tiny cup of what I supposed they were trying to pass off as mango salsa) It looked gross, on the now very cold, sitting out for quite some time shrimp tacos. I had initially requested that they just be removed from the tab and taken back because they werent what I ordered. More attitude from both and took even more time to bring the check. This in addition to it took forever to be served our cocktail orded when we first arrived, appetizers and meal had arrived before cocktails were even served. We certainly wont be going back again. Such a disappointment because it was a favorite of ours and we used to go just about once a week. In addition, I have to mention having a straight view of where the staff enter/exit the kitchen area. Witnessed a staff member walking out of the kitchen vaping before coming back to the bar/dining area. That is absolutely not acceptable and disgusting. Id imagine of they continue like this, the doors will soon be closed. There are hardly any tables filled the way it is but it has taken a serious turn in the truly awful direction.

1 /5 Annalise Cheshire: Diamond City Vault Bar & Grill has a cool concept and atmosphere. The vault theme and layout are well done. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to it. We had a reservation for six and were seated promptly. After that, service declined. Ordering took a long time, and food came out very spread apart. Some meals arrived 45 minutes to an hour after ordering, and one burger was forgotten and didn’t arrive until after everyone else had finished eating. The bill was also incorrect, charging us for two burgers when we only received one (which was corrected by staff after being pointed out). There was no effort made to acknowledge the delays, missing food, poor service, or billing mistake. Food quality was average. Overall, despite the creative atmosphere, the service issues made this a disappointing visit, and we won’t be returning. We were not the only table experiencing these issues that night, and after reading other reviews, these problems appear to be ongoing. While management seems to respond to negative reviews, there does not appear to be any meaningful correction or improvement being made.

5 /5 Bill Reachard: First time here and I’m a fan! Right off the main square in wills barre. Love the atmosphere here to look around and see how the old blends with the new. In the past this was a bank now in the present a restaurant. I made reservations just in case on a Sunday afternoon after church. Seated quickly and the drinks and mozzarella stick appetizer came out to the table quickly. Very friendly and courteous staff. Full brick oven inside for thin crust pizza. We ordered the salmon and a vault burger. Full bar service and bar seating in the middle and plenty of seating throughout. Ordered a pizza to go and on the way out I was able to look around the restaurant at all the awesome old bank structure, vault doors, and secluded seating area. Definitely a nice first date or special occasion place for dinner.
