5 /5 Brandon Eustice: I had the 16oz New York Strip and my Wife had the braised beef short rib. We shared oysters for our appetizer. The oysters came with a variety of sauces/garnishes, all of which were spectacular. Both the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship in preparation of our dinners were phenomenal. Our bill was $140, so don’t come here expecting a tremendous value, but you definitely don’t feel shortchanged either. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, the service is great (had two waiters), and the food exceeds expectations even for the price. We waited about an hour and a half for the two of us to be seated, but we didn’t have a reservation and we put our name in early, so we didn’t mind. The casino has a lovely bar called The Coil that we hung out at and watched football until it was time for dinner.
