5 /5 Brandon Eustice: I had the 16oz New York Strip and my Wife had the braised beef short rib. We shared oysters for our appetizer. The oysters came with a variety of sauces/garnishes, all of which were spectacular. Both the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship in preparation of our dinners were phenomenal. Our bill was $140, so don’t come here expecting a tremendous value, but you definitely don’t feel shortchanged either. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, the service is great (had two waiters), and the food exceeds expectations even for the price. We waited about an hour and a half for the two of us to be seated, but we didn’t have a reservation and we put our name in early, so we didn’t mind. The casino has a lovely bar called The Coil that we hung out at and watched football until it was time for dinner.

5 /5 Julian: My wife and I had an excellent experience at CHOP House last night. Our servers, Temba and Amanda, were outstanding from start to finish. We ordered the 28oz Tomahawk Ribeye topped with lump crab, and it was cooked perfectly. We finished with the homemade ice cream, which was also delicious. Overall, a truly enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be returning and bringing family and friends with us next time. Thank you to CHOP House, and especially to Temba and Amanda, for making it such a great night.

5 /5 Samantha: This was my first time at Chop House, and it will certainly not be my last. The service was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. It was a busy Saturday night, but they were quick and on point. The food was excellent. The red sangria was divine. For starters, I ordered the calamari and crab au gratin. Both were so delicious and surprisingly paired well together. I chose the 10oz filet mignon for my main. Lobster mac n cheese and truffle fries as sides. The portions are extremely generous. I had to take leftovers with me. The vanilla bean creme brulee was the perfect end to this dinner. I can confirm that Chop House is worth the price!

5 /5 Better Living: Chop House at Wind Creek Bethlehem is dinner worth dressing up for. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable, with attentive service that makes the night feel special. Our servers, Tembu and Dana, gave excellent menu suggestions and made us feel completely taken care of. The meal was outstanding from start to finish. We started with the lobster bisque, wedge salad, and ahi tuna tartare, all fresh and flavorful. For mains, the USDA Prime New York Strip was perfectly cooked and tender, and the seafood pasta was rich and packed with lobster, mussels, shrimp, and clams. Dessert was a highlight thanks to Tembu’s recommendation, the coconut cream pie with its chocolate crust and toasted coconut was unforgettable.
