5 /5 Job Hill: Support small businesses people. Well at least the good & great ones. Which Charlotte Street Roasters is under that umbrella. My only gripe is during peak time they should have more than two workers in the kitchen. Tatianna was great. Able to accommodate my needs. This place is vegan which is great for plant based eaters like myself. Chickpea Sandwich and Cold Brew with Oatmilk and reasonably priced. On par with Starbucks but the sandwich definitely had better quality ingredients than anything I’ve tried at Starbudks. The Cold was solid. Not the most refreshing thing I’ve ever had, but the brew’s roast was thick & rich enough to satisfy me. They even have signed books there from a local author. If you want to shop small & local then this place is definitely it.

5 /5 Nathaniel Legg: Super cute vegan cafe in Pottstown! While not advertised as fully vegan, everything they serve is vegan and amazing! The cafe itself is super cute with a cozy/vintage vibe and a good amount of seating. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While there we tried three different cupcakes and loved them all. Update 5/10/25: Been here a bunch and still love it!

5 /5 Sarah Mayo: Lately Ive been trying to visit a new coffee shop every morning. Even though it has been a week since I have been here, I vividly remember the taste of this iced coffee. You may think there isnt much variation in something that I dont add syrup to, but there is. They really know what theyre doing in terms of roasting. Very very flavorful beans. I almost think I could have drank this black and been satisfied.

5 /5 Richard Hanson: Love this place! I come here every week to read. It has the best coffee and the staff is very welcoming. I often ask Tatiana to surprise me with a drink of some variety and she never disappoints! Banana bread latte is my current fave

2 /5 Stardust Sage: I like this coffee shop and Ill probably come back eventually, but I do not like the girl thats always working there now; I assume shes a manager. Shes consistently unfriendly, responds to questions rudely and makes drinks with absolutely no flair at all. Every time I get a drink from her its made technically correct, but with the barest possible amount of effort and it shows in the taste and presentation. The quality of the products at Charlotte Street are superior to any franchise, but when this girl is working I could get a better drink and a nicer barista at Starbucks. The staff at the Boyertown location are better but I shouldnt have to leave my home neighborhood just to get a decent cup of coffee from a barista who bothers with basic friendliness and customer service. Some baristas do it because they love coffee and love the industry, and some do it exclusively to pay the bills. Shes definitely in the second category. She should do better or switch to a job that she finds more rewarding. I frequent all businesses connected to this one and she is the only employee I have ever had an issue with.
