5 /5 Samantha Corderman: The most incredible Thai cuisine in the area. This tiny restaurant keeps it simple with a small menu that is absolutely bursting with flavor. We had the fried dumplings to start. The dumpling was thin and crispy, filling was moist and well seasoned, and the dipping sauce was a well balanced sweet chili. U also had the drunken noodles with medium spice level. I love that they allow you to determine your own spice level! It was incredibly flavorful while also throwing in a little heat from the chili. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It was sweet but not over powering with a processed sugar taste. The vegetables in both of our dishes still had a nice cooked crunch to them and were not soggy at all. We also ordered the nam-ma-toom. It’s a delicious herbal drink similar to a tea but with its own unique flavor.
Every item is homemade and the meal is made per order. Sandy and her spouse, who was waiting on us, grow the chilis themselves and dry them to make the chili powder. Sandy is an outstanding chef and needs to be recognized in our area as a one of a kind, extraordinary chef! With every bite you can taste her passion and love for the food.
If you’re looking for a small, family owned restaurant that gives you a taste of another culture’s food, please give this establishment a try! Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food prepared.
