5 /5 Bill Bramlet: Last weekend was my 1st time there, what a great experience and establishment. The food was very good and the service was excellent! I will definitely be going back.

5 /5 Portia Melita: I have celiac disease and my friends and I went here on a whim. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to eat anything here but our server, Bobby, was super helpful. He knew a lot more about cross contamination than most servers I’ve interacted with do. They do not have a dedicated fryer so anything fried is unavailable. This was totally fine with me because I’d rather be safe than have fried foods! They have gluten free pasta upon request which I didn’t see on the menu but Bobby mentioned. I ended up getting the wedge salad with blackened shrimp. I was reassured that the kitchen knew of my celiac disease when making my dish. I felt great after eating it, so I believe they made it with great care. The food was good for bar food. Our cocktails were delicious. Everything was reasonably priced. Thank you to Bobby & the folks in the kitchen for helping me eat safely!

5 /5 Cle: My experience at 551 West was great. The place was busy, but in a good way—lively, energetic, and welcoming. I stopped in around 6-ish and the place was already popping with music playing over the speakers and sports on the TVs. Groups were looking for tables, and others were heading upstairs to the rooftop bar. Jimmy might be the best bartender in Lancaster—I’d easily put him in the top five. They offer an excellent selection of draft beer and solid food options. I ordered the three chicken tenders with fries. The food took a little while, but it was worth it; everything came out fresh and hot. The price was reasonable too. The chicken tenders were homemade and all white meat—juicy and moist. As I was getting ready to leave, the band started setting up. The free live music really adds to the overall vibe and makes 551 West a great spot for meeting coworkers, hanging out with friends, or even meeting new people.

5 /5 Jacob Wagaman: Great local bar with great food. The menu has alot to choose from. I decided on trying the 551 peanut butter cheeseburger and it was very good. The service was good. The only thing I will say is good luck finding parking.

5 /5 Doug Burkholder: The fish tacos were really good. Seems like every place has these on the menu, but few places do them well. This is a place that does them very well. My wife loved her land and sea pasta too. Drinks were good and a decent selection of beers on tap. Well definitely be back.
