5 /5 Jim H: Great local bank where they warmly greet you when you enter, are polite throughout your transactions, and process your business in a timely fashion. We used to bank at the National City (then First Niagara) in Bill Green Shopping Center, but when it became Key Bank, the place became an utter debacle and we left after having been 14 year customers. At Northwest we don’t have any of the frustrations that we had at Key (irritable staff, “missing” transactions, and incorrect balances). The only negative we see at this location is the outdoor ATM (it’d be nice to have a more secure and enclosed area sheltered from the weather). It’s true that Northwest Banks are not as prevalent in the area, but the staff here make you feel so welcome that we decided customer service matters more than ubiquitous access with a larger and less customer-friendly bank.
