5 /5 JP Welliver: The commitment to fitness is always something Ive struggled with. I would join a gym here and there for a few months and then stop going. I just fell off the bandwagon. I have always been the person who had a case of the "lets make new years resolutions about fitness" and then would fall off the bandwagon. I was the one made fun of for being skinny in high school. Toward the end of last year, Z Fitness popped up on my News Feed on Facebook, so I decided to take a chance. I messaged Zach, and not to sound cliche, but the rest is history. After almost three years, Im in the best shape of my life and working harder on my fitness journey than ever before. Im excited for the future and to see whats in store. Zach is an amazing motivator (and good to look at too haha)--even when I dislike him for making me doing the exercises my body hates the most, especially the sled! Not only is he a great motivator, but a wonderful mentor that explains the reason behind what is being done with each exercise--its not just going through the motions. There is a rhyme and reason and if you are doing something incorrectly, he will let you know. Zach is fun, energetic, motivating, passionate, driven, hard-working, and gives you 110% every session (sometimes he even sings, which is an added bonus)! There is no question when it comes to me recommending Zach and Z Fitness for others looking to take charge of their life and feel good about their body, health, and fitness journey.
