1 /5 Laura Lynn: I registered and paid online for a 10am class via ClassPass. I showed up and the doors were locked. The place was closed. I called Derek and Carla (owners) because their numbers were on a sign near the entrance. I left messages for them both. Derek never called back. Carla called back and quickly put me on hold to try to figure out why the place was closed. We got disconnected. I called back and left another voicemail because I dont want to be charged for the class. Both never called back.

The sense of community here is genuine – every single class and every single person Ive interacted with in this studio are day makers. The instructors are supportive, and the fellow members are friendly and motivating. Highly recommend to all - no matter your fitness level, age or size - come experience for yourself, you’ll be thankful you did !

The instructors are supportive, the classes are motivating, and I’m already feeling stronger. Highly recommend!

Planet Fitness - Columbia

Lynn Mackley: Loved the gym until the recent remodel. Before the renovation the ladies showers had a small area to undress and place your clothes and then you step into the shower. Now only one large stall to change so if 2 people wish to shower at the same time I guess you undress together and hang your clothes on a hook outside the shower on display for everyone. Fewer bikes and ellipticals for the seniors there with bad knees. Less equipment. The staff is great but I feel bad for them having to listen to all the complaints. Hopefully we get a seating area or bench to sit and wait if you’re done before your workout partner. Many of my gym friends have transferred or plan to cancel their membership. Nothing like getting there only days after opening to find out of order signs on all the bathroom stalls and told I could use the jiffy john outside. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Alexandra Herr: I absolutely love Rhylease Indoor Cycling in Lancaster! The space is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming vibe. The instructors are top-notch — incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. The location is perfect, easy to find and conveniently located. I recently tried the Build and Rhylease class, and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced! It’s a great mix of strength and cycling, and I definitely felt the burn. Highly recommend Rhylease for anyone looking for an amazing workout experience!

The equipment is high quality and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the privacy and quiet environment — it makes my workouts more effective. The owner/trainers are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about your progress, which makes a huge difference. It feels like a space designed just for you, where you can push yourself and grow in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend for anyone who values results, privacy, and a supportive environment.

Spooky Nook Sports - Manheim

Joseph Cardillo: A great place for the sportsmen. Has basketball to weights to volleyball ball, rock climbing, and more. There is a restaurant, food court, acrade, hotel and pro shop as well all in one place. The best bleachers around, the top row has back support. I have not see that anywhere.
