1 /5 Ruth Allen: I’m in town from upstate New York and I went to USS CO to exchange some $20 bills cause I needed some $10 bills to put in a birthday card. They refused me because I wasn’t a member it’s American money that I’m exchanging for American money and being out of state and they couldn’t even accommodate me. The teller refused bank policy. Is that really a good way to treat a person?

2 /5 Zoey Wyandt: Very good service if you actually get to see them in person by chance, but horrendous operating hours and the online banking is essentially non-existent when it comes to actual usage. Also regarding the online banking, it is hosted over a 56k connection, providing for extremely unreliable, slow service. The website for the banking itself is designed very badly, is nonstandard (And is therefore incompatible with most home-banking software such as Quicken), and tends to break without warning. Due to such an occurrence, I was unable to access my funds for a week until I returned from school to speak with the help desk in person.

Andrew Gibson: Worst experience Ive every had with financial customer service, was scammed from someone that uses their Union, I called only to make them aware of the individual that got me, and the lady on the phone basically dismissed everything and didnt even care, I get it if theres not much you can do but if thats the case make that transparent to me the caller I spoke with Olivia from the 111 branch and she was useless and very dismissive. Its clear that these guys prioritize the lack of empathy and inconsideration. Not asking for much except closure.

Lee Medina: Ive been to a few different locations all the staff I have met are very nice and kind, most are older folk which tends to be a good and bad thing. Good because they know all of the old systems and have seen how things work, bad because new things dont always use the old systems. There website is outdated and hard to get around also you have to go into a bank and sign a paper to activate online services, any services outside of using your atm card require you to activate it in a bank with a signature. The App is at least better than the website. It is not a bad bank but if there was a chase or wells fargo near me, i wouldnt be with this bank.

Shes ethical and absolutely does her best to get the maximum return. Ive also had nothing but great interactions with her staff when Ive spoken with them Sorry to those who are mad that they didnt get money back, but thats not the accountants fault, blame the government lol.
