3 /5 Lee Medina: Ive been to a few different locations all the staff I have met are very nice and kind, most are older folk which tends to be a good and bad thing. Good because they know all of the old systems and have seen how things work, bad because new things dont always use the old systems.
There website is outdated and hard to get around also you have to go into a bank and sign a paper to activate online services, any services outside of using your atm card require you to activate it in a bank with a signature. The App is at least better than the website. It is not a bad bank but if there was a chase or wells fargo near me, i wouldnt be with this bank.
