1 /5 Vanessa Epiphani: Competence and professionalism are very elusive at this branch. Although Ive been a customer nearly 4 years I am called Holley instead of Vanessa, play constant phone tag, find it difficult to EVER get a straight answer and should have done business elsewhere to begin with. I will NEVER take another loan from One Main, could just be an issue with this branch specifically BUT my experience has been so abhorrent Id rather not take a chance.

1 /5 Travis Woodburn: I spoke with Eddie. He was very personable. When we found out I would not qualify for a loan I was abruptly hung up on.

5 /5 Paul Samolovitch: I was very happy with Eddie who handles my loans. The negative piece of our visit is your bathroom policy. My wife is crippled and needs a cane to walk around. Because of your unbelievable policy where the customer is not permitted to use your restroom is negative towards your company. She had to walk outside to Hobby Lobby to use a restroom.
