1 /5 Tristan Letcher: would be super amazing if I were provided with a phone number that would connect me with a REAL person to speak to. I am having issues that a robot can not answer, one with the REAL person who delivers my packages. I have been waiting for my two packages for 3 days now, the carrier is refusing to come up my stairs, claiming they are too bad for her. I need to know what specifically she needs done (which is ridiculous) Other than clearing, salting, and then removing the ice that the salt has melted, does she need me to clear her a path from the road to the sidewalk? The packages are business supplies that contribute to my livelyhood. PLEASE let me speak to a PERSON!!
