I have a auto loan through them and they do not allow online banking for loans, can’t make any debit/credit card payments, can’t make over the phone payments until your 10-15 days late, only accept acct and routing number afterwards for payment or mailed check. It’s like they want you to be late. I tried to pay the bill pay via check one time, two checks at once actually, but they kept claiming they didn’t get the check after almost a month and so they towed my car. Next day they said one check came, but now I had $400 plus dollars in towing fees and I stopped payment on the second check and wired the funds instead because who knew when will they receive that one !
