Truist - Shamokin (PA)

1 /5 Debbie Foltz: Stay away from this bank. I deposited a payroll check 12 days ago and still do not have any money in my account!! They have a hold on the check and my bills are now late!! I am a senior citizen and do not have any money for my medication!! I am unable to buy any food because my account is now in the negative. Please DO NOT chose this bank for your banking!!! I have contacted The OCC and Attorney General!!

1 /5 M A: If I could leave negative stars I would. I spoke to an elderly woman to inform her my mother, her banks customer, passed away. Not even a “sorry for your loss” came from her lips. She immediately started giving me unnecessary attitude and disrespect. Wouldn’t answer NON PERSONAL questions but when she would, it would be condescending and rude. I’ve done customer service most my working life and I can tell when someone shouldn’t be working in the people business. Put that woman in the back counting money, not handling customer interactions. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Thank god I don’t have to use this bank for myself.

1 /5 Cody Vartanian: I thought having an account would account for something to being able to go to a bank and see if I can get pre approved for a loan apparently not they do it online and make you put your information in as they sit there and watch you. There’s no one their that can give you a Mortgage. What’s the point of having people there if they’re not even going to do their job I am going to pull out all my money and go to another bank!!! Credit union here I come
