1 /5 Zoe Russell: They NEVER EVER answer the phone. I have called on different days at different times, never ever have they actually answered the phone. I’ve left several messages and only after leaving 4 or 5 voice mail messages have they ever returned a call, probably because they got sick of hearing my voice mails.

1 /5 Breanna Boyer: My experience with this building is with the magistrate, in which I wish I could give negative stars. Secretarys are snobs and dont do their jobs right. Cant even answer the phone in a snow storm to tell you if there is court or not. Drove there and then got attitude, as if I didnt call 9 times to ask without driving on dangerous roads. Glad yall are hard at work serving the community.

2 /5 Mrs. Shelley Labota: "Very kind and helpful staff" with a 4 star rating was my first review. After several months and many phone calls, I have yet to see any results. From what I understand, my files have been once again, "misplaced."

1 /5 Dar C Jimin: Absolutely the worst agency in the area. Went there for help and all I got was a run around until I no longer "met guidelines".
