1 /5 k: To say that I am utterly disappointed with how my most recent insurance issue was handled by the property and casualty team with Treloar & Heisel is an understatement.
I was charged a fee of $355.97 due to their inadequacy in providing information requested by an equipment financing company. That company even mentioned that it was a shame the insurance contact couldnt simply "copy and paste" what was needed to satisfy their requirements.
Lara Blaine (the property and casualty manager) got involved and only regurgitated to me what I already knew regarding the matter and refused to make this situation right by providing a credit in this amount back to me.
This company has made millions from their clients, yet something like this matter was handled poorly in that if I could have provided the equipment financing company directly what was needed, I would not have been charged this fee.
I am now seeking to take my services elsewhere due to the lack of customer service provided in this situation. I refuse to continue to allow Treloar & Heisel to make a profit from having me as a continued long term client.
