1 /5 Anthony Frank: They are poorly managed and trained. The manager is rude and belittling when she works the drive thru. The workers seems confused on how to do their job. the Teller asked me for my address and i gave it to her. Then got confused there were 2 accounts for 1 address then asked my social. After I confirmed both accounts were mine she kept insisting she needs my social. Not well trained. They shouldnt be asking all that info via drive thru where we loudly have to speak. They also promised me a $50 referral bonus over a year ago that I never received. Luckily most of my money is with a well managed and reputable bank like PNC. Steer away from this shady and unprofessional bank. There is 0 benefit to going here.
