When we attempted to change the mobile numbers and information, we were told we had to upload multiple documents (most of which we did not have because of only having PCS’d recently). They would not allow us to access our funds during the hold as well. NavyFed was a click or a button and a simple call to get the process completed. Needless to say, we will no longer be banking with PenFed.
