I just moved a $30K CD to JBT. Harrison in the Robesonia branch is very knowledgeable & treated me like a customer & not a # like Lebanon Federal Credit Union. I will be in next month to close out my 2nd & final CD with this nightmare from hell. Dont waste your time or money at this dump.

Ako Sayed: THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER-STAY AWAY! Jim (James) who is the owner is a Liar and a thief, after he takes his commission, he will never contact you again or answer your phone call. He doesnt care about his client unless you invest a million dollars. Stay away if you want to save yourself money and headache. He will lure you in but when you sign, its over. I will be reporting him to FINRA shortly. He promised he would follow up with him and that Id make money in this mutual fund but it was all LIES. BEWARE, STAY AWAY from this please.

Joshua Wright: I have banked with Belco for several years and I was always happy with their service and locations - until I moved to Lebanon. This branch is located in the middle of nowhere IN A HOUSE. It is the most unusual branch, hard to find, impossible to get to, and no drive through. The inside is cramped and dated - because its the inside of a house. Please build a proper brand in a better location! It seems as though they took a foreclosed home and made it a branch to save money. Very disappointing and frustrating. Dont get me wrong - the service is still good and similar to what you receive at the other locations. They need to build a PROPER branch along a major route (422/72) in a central location.

Extremely disappointed, can’t even fix a simple IT problem with my mobile banking app. Very dissatisfied with their support team as they kept transferring me around to different associates and eventually forgot about me so I didn’t even bother getting the issue fixed. I gave up at this point.
