1 /5 Casey Moore: My wife and I went to the Lebanon branch to discuss the 3 accounts we’ve had with the credit union for many years including a business account. We were hoping to discuss a long to continue our business relationship- however we directed to meet with Cathy. I would love to preface this with- our teller was AMAZING, polite and efficient. Back to Cathy- in addition to pronouncing the b in debt, she was sure to provide the least friendly service. Didn’t introduce herself, say her name- provided snarky responses for questions in regards to an insurance policy that their bank promotes. Needless to say we closed all our accounts that moment and decided to move on. If you’re looking to discuss your money at such a time where everyone RIGHTFULLY has questions and may require a touch more… idk compassion? Respect? Gratitude? Or just plain speaking to someone that may not seem to hate their job- this isn’t the place for you and I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere.
