Singer Financial Corporation - Philadelphia
Gaetano: Contacted SInger in 2011 for a construction loan in Fishtown for two lots I owned directly next to what is now PFCU Bank in a historic building. I owned the lots free and clear and had around $70.000 in the bank. I have 30 years of experience in Architecture + Development. They felt that Fishtown was too speculative and risky. I also owned and still own a property in Sharswood part of Brewerytown purchased in 2015. That was also too speculative for them. Clearly they did not understand the Philadelphia market like I do. Look at Fishtown now or Brewerytown, I doubt one would categorize them as a speculative investment.
Allegheny Financial Group - Pittsburgh
chris ballinger: horrible, no return calls/ communication dealing with Michael and his group is an expensive shell game. Do not invest here. If you are here, take your losses and leave. Why take a risk with your hard earned money. I have had little invested with them. However, after decades of poor advice and ridiculous loads on mutual funds, this company refused to answer my questions regarding my sons inherited account for weeks. It was never set up and not funded. BBB got involved; however, you should review all actions regarding SEC and arbitration before proceeding with them. Be careful with your elderly relatives, they prey on them.

Coach Monique & Associates: Seth is the consummate professional. He met with me at my office, took time to get to know me and asked great questions so that he had a clear picture of my current circumstances and life & investment goals. He is pragmatic, straightforward and has a great personality. I highly recommend Seth.
