1 /5 Marlo Ross: If I could give zero stars, I would have. Thos location is terrible. First of all they lock you in between two doors when entering which was a red flag .Today I went there to deposit a check that has Myself and my husband as the “to be paid to” as soon as I gave the cashier the check she wrote my account number on it the called another teller over to examine the check after analyzing the check. The teller told me that they weren’t able to deposit the check because I needed a joint account with my husband, I have deposited several checks into my account that has been issued to myself and my husband, but that’s besides the point I just don’t understand why she would write on my check without verifying if she can deposit it or not. I feel like because of the Amount the check was for they discriminated against me (a black woman) . I’ve been with this bank for over a decade, my employee direct deposit and all other deposits go to this bank. This was my main bank account but needless to say I closed my account today and want nothing else to do with truMark now I have to go to my other bank to try and Deposit The check That was written on by the TruMark teller. Yes, I understand rules and rules are rude, but why would the teller right on the check?
