    Nathan Paul: Very poor service. They charge me $120 of my own Veterans disability pension, which is $3,100 a month, to mail me a check, to my palm springs po box, once per month, and then pay my car payment bills like a month late,for 3 years straight. Sometimes the car loan bank calls me saying check is 3 months late. My credit score was about 700 before the veterans administration rated me incompetent, and this pay service hijacked my income, now my credit score is like 500 and I cant even get an apartment, or new car every year, like I used to. And I became homeless a few months after this company took control of my income, or came between me and the direct deposit, and I had all of my bills set up to come out of my account and had paperless discount. This place is like from medieval times and unreliable they use paper checks, unreliable and risky paper mail through us postal service, old phone answering system. I call and leave emails, a month later still no callback or response. This is what I risked my life and fought for my country for, in war?

    Kaila Markette: I’d like to note that this review has nothing to do with the staff that work here. everyone is so kind and helpful and if this review was just for them it would be 5 stars. I was with Parkview for a while and was nervous about Clearview. Since it has moved to Clearview, I have had nothing but issues. I can never access money from the drive up ATM. on the one off days i’m able to pull money out and need to pull a large sum the only option i’m given is $50 bills. i also hate that im now unable to use my card to pull money out from a PNC machine without charge considering the ATM at this location never works. The staff is tremendous, but it’s a real bummer that i’ve only ever had issues since Clearview took over when I never had any with Parkview.

    Sharon Elaine: UPDATE: Wednesday, March 3rd. I received a call that my taxes were done and ready to be picked up. The lady was very nice as were the two in the office when I picked them up. Yes it took longer this year than in the past but this isnt a typical year...they had their own clientele plus those from Allegheny Tax, the IRS pushing back the date that you could start filing, the stimulus money plus the IRS electronic filing wasnt up. Overall, I am pleased. UPDATE: Tuesday, February 23rd I called to ask what the status of my income tax was, and spoke with a very nice lady who said that she remembered seeing mine and asked when I dropped it off which I answered last Monday. She said that it will be another week, and said the delay was because the IRS electronic filing was late getting up and running. PRIOR: Val from Allegheny Tax has done my taxes since 2016, and this year would have been no different. I had an appointment to drop off my taxes on Monday, February 15th at 1:00. It is now a week later and I have not heard from them. My taxes are not that complicated. My experience with the lady was pleasant. She waited patiently while I logged into my bank account to answer her questions regarding the stimulus payments. I was told that Val sold Allegheny Tax to Mark at DiGiorgio Financial Group (they grew up together), and that Val retired. I was also told that the electronic filing was not up for the IRS, and that they (DiGiorgio) never did electronic filing in the past so that was all new to them, and that in the past DiGiorgio always completed the paperwork and mailed it or returned it to the customer to mail. I will follow-up with them in a day or two about the status of my taxes and will update the review than.
