I submit everything on time and even doing that they dont put it in system on time, my food stamps decrease to $64 dollars cause they dont do their job as is supposed. 1 /5 Michael Meckfessel: It’s impossible to get through to them on the phone. It’s ridiculous. I had to drive 20 minutes to get there for something I should have been able to do on the phone. It’s a joke.
