The office staff in Hazleton and Wilkes Barre have always been kind, and willing to help when a question arises. The fraud alert system they have in place on our accounts is very reassuring. 1 /5 Ann Marie Gallagher: I have been a customer for close to 20 years and have always had the best customer service and never had issues. However, the last 3 years has been hell. From issues with not allowing me to use my card to purchase from sites on the internet as well as giving me a runaround story about why I couldnt just use my card at checkout when I was trying to purchase a $900 couch. (Apparently big purchases are a no-no?) The Hazleton staff is very rude on the phone (when they answer it) and once hung up on me. Either retrain or restaff that office.
