Any lift or movement you can think of, they have the stuff for it. ESP really gives off the vibes of a workout hard mentality, and I loved it.

    Grayson Cantor: They have a very clean facility, and the staff always seems to be working to maintain or improve it. There is a high variety of equipment (and plenty of it) to accommodate any workout. My personal favorite is the cable area (one of the two pictured). The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The price is reasonable and there are never overwhelming crowds. Would recommend this gym to anyone!

I have been working with her since January and she has help me reach goals I never thought were possible after having two kids. Leslie is understanding, flexible, kind and care about not only your fitness goals but you as a human. I feel very lucky to have her as my trainer.
