Call was 09/30/2025 at 9am. I don’t have any issues with not taking new clients, but it could have been explained in a polite and respectful manner.

5 /5 Nida Parvez: Very good service. I have used them 2 years in a row for me and my brother. They are organized and helpful and do the filings bery quickly...less than a week usually!! The fees is also reasonable than other places so I will continue getting my tax filings done by them. The only negative thing is that they dont have a secure portal to send and receive these sensitive documents, so I have to go in person to drop it off and pick it up. They are local so I am ok with it.

Not only did I pay the $75 but I was so grateful that I paid $100. Then had to pay another $75 to get my folder with my paperwork in so that I could go to h&r block. They never returned phone calls and my taxes sat down in their office for a month and a half and nothing was done will never go back Angela does not listen she likes to talk over everybody very unprofessional my advice is to go to h&r back
