1 /5 Marcy Girton: Worst experience of my life. I was insulted by them telling me that I never paid to have a transcript put in so that I can receive an old W-2. Not only did I pay the $75 but I was so grateful that I paid $100. Then had to pay another $75 to get my folder with my paperwork in so that I could go to h&r block. They never returned phone calls and my taxes sat down in their office for a month and a half and nothing was done will never go back Angela does not listen she likes to talk over everybody very unprofessional my advice is to go to h&r back

5 /5 Mamie smith: Been going to Angela for years. I work a lot but when I call and say my w2 are in . She said don’t worry email me and I’ll get it done you . Then all I need to do is sign . She amazing and sure makes u laugh . They treat u like family .

5 /5 Marcus Pass: Sister referred me to Liberty Tax Service, on Lincoln highway. I was greeted by, Angela. She gave me the numbers, and plans on how to address taxes for myself, and offered her own service as well. I chose to let her do my taxes. She told me all things I needed, and how to get them. I work 3rd shift, she knew the time to call or email. I thank you Ms. Angela!! So nice there are people like her, who live by a code of empathy, and respect. She gained lifetime consumer!!
