Brian Poshka: Great spot if ur serious about body building. All the essentials you need besides a smith machine. You will not be waiting for machines
    Warhorse Barbell Club - Philadelphia
Mary Rodgers: Warhorse is an amazing community to be a part of! I originally joined when I wanted to get back I shape before my wedding. I immediately felt welcomed by owners Chris and Jaclyn, and worked a lot with coach Caolan. I had not done strength training for a few years when I joined, and Caolan helped me hone proper techniques and achieve my goals. I have continued my membership for a few years because of the inclusive and fun environment at Warhorse. The coaches have all been great, and Ahmad was an awesome addition! He is always encouraging and has helped me push through training plateaus. The training programs they write are challenging, and can be individualized to meet each person where they are. Warhorse has taught me how important consistency is, and I can tell how that has made me stronger. I had an initial goal of being able to chin-ups, and now can do weighted chin-ups. Thank you Warhorse!
    Planet Fitness - Philadelphia
    Planet Fitness
Shawn Brown: Love this Planet Fitness. I am one of the regulars that go at 5am during the week. The crew that goes at that time are friendly and we have fun while working out. The staff is always kind and courteous. Love the upgrade with the new equipment as well. Keep up the great work. Thank you
The Gym by Brandon RaSean - Philadelphia
Niki Diamond: Ive been working out at the Gym for a little over a year now, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions Ive made for my health and well-being. I began approximately 9 months postpartum, feeling a little lost in my own body. From the minute I stepped onto the turf, the atmosphere has been welcoming and supportive. Christina and Brandon are not only knowledgeable but genuinely invested in helping you improve, offering guidance without pressure and celebrating your progress right alongside you. This gym has become more than just a place to work out—its a space where I feel comfortable learning, pushing my limits, and taking better care of myself. I highly recommend the Gym to anyone looking for a positive, motivating environment to build strength and confidence. There is never a workout I’ve regretted making the time for, it’s been one of the best investments in my wellbeing that I have ever made.
    G-Strength (Queen Village) - Philadelphia
T C: Love this place. Daniel and Joey are the best. I have no experience in weight training and have no common sense. Its completely unitimidating, and Ive become much stronger in the two months that Ive been a member. It is expensive but worth it. Very thankful to have found this gym.
    LA Fitness - Bala Cynwyd

Sky Doner: I was really frustrated with an experience I had the other day. In my membership, 7-day free guest passes are included. In the past, up until the other day when I bring a guest, its no issue. They scan the guests ID and QR code, and we are all set. My experience was not the same this time, it was rather hostile. The person we spoke to insisted that my guests card information needed to be put down OR he had to pay $20 for a day pass before he would be able to come in with me. When I asked why that was the case, he was very hostile, interrupted me asking for my friends card information, and then told me that it seemed like we were trying to use the gym for free. I have been a long time member at LA fitness, but this experience has really made me re-consider my membership. it was extremely disrespectful to be treated that way and felt coerced into paying.
    Optimal Sport 1315 - Gym - Philadelphia
Lexi smart: Of the three gyms I belong to Optimal is my favorite. For starters, I am light sensitive and hate big glass windows with glaring sunlight. so prevalent at other gyms. Optimal on Walnut is windowless and the vibe is really cozy. I take the Power Glutes and Silver Sneakers classes. The instructors are devoted to Optimal and its members and great at what they do. Ive been a member for two years and truly enjoy my time there.
Fire for Effect Athletics - Philadelphia
ravyn potts: Best place ever!!! Kind, but strong people. They make you feel like family and not like cult-ish and clique-ish like other work out places!!!! I moved 30 minutes away and I still try to make it here at least twice a week! Great location, ample parking, lots of time slots for classes! Oh AND BONUS!!!! Bonus bonus bonus…if your babysitter cancels last minute on you, you can bring your kid! And or bring your doggy!

andrew stahlgren: I use this gym due to the wide selection of machines @ a low cost but this might be the most backwards messaging I’ve ever seen.
    Rippedphl - Philadelphia
Vickie Rosone: Took Sarah’s class. She was amazing. A very challenging tough workout. 11 minute circuits between tone and tread. 11 minutes on the treadmill, 11 minutes at the bench/floor with weights and then 2 more alternating circuits. Dark room, good music and a very talented trainer telling each circuit what to do and when. Thanks for a great class!
