1 /5 Megan Ralston: I have had multiple account breaches with First National Bank, despite being very careful with my information. After another fraudulent charge was spotted on my account, they asked me to cancel my card to protect my account. I checked my account every day, and the fraudulent charge was still pending. It seems to me like that would be the perfect time to take it off- before it goes through, and whatever jerk used my information gets something out of their stolen money. A week goes by, and the charge GOES THROUGH on my account. They had a WEEK to stop a charge that they noticed the SECOND it occured, and they couldnt manage to stop it, and refund me my money? I should not have to call once a day to direct them to do something that is very, very obvious. That is just bad service.
