    Bill Baughman: Weve been a customer of this bank location for over 30 years now. Theres been numerous changes here over the years. But its still our go-to bank. I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you dont get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know theres not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before. But Ive been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..
