Susan MCLSUGHLIN: After spending several hundreds of dollars here, after having negotiated on another item, we were told "We dont negotiate" when we asked if there was any wiggle room on a $150. RAZOR! What are they? Holding the thing hostage? I was honestly just going to get it any way, but we were treated quite rudely. I didnt know its ok to argue with customers these days. But now, we will never go back. For a 20 buck good will gesture, you just lost a customer for life.

Then started dealing with owner Don on some policy changes , the communication and customer service is non existent and no phone call returns and wasn’t able to even get quotes on new vehicles , rentals etc .
