1 /5 Caleb Hershberger: I’ve been with Pitts agency for the past 5 years , to start with service and communication was great . Then started dealing with owner Don on some policy changes , the communication and customer service is non existent and no phone call returns and wasn’t able to even get quotes on new vehicles , rentals etc . For this reason I would not recommend this company

3 /5 Imalrightokay: I went in to get titles for my vehicles. It’s now been 3 months and I haven’t received any titles yet. I keep calling every week and only have got one call back since. Idk what’s going on but I wish PA had DMV services versus this to do your titles. This is an inconvenience and extremely expensive

1 /5 CMT: This place is awful. Poor customer service. Messed up billing issues. They dont seem to care to resolve anything, timely or properly.
