Jason Insdorf: Setup a heloc with Anthony. I knew nothing about chrome credit union. I found them using an AI search. So glad I did. Their terms were better than everyone else’s and Anthony made the process a breeze. And the branch is really personable and cozy as is Anthony. And wow the picture on his desk of that king salmon he caught. I was jealous of that. Very minimal paperwork involved and most importantly a personalized experience. Even though the branch is a bit far from my residence I am seriously considering taking my money out of pnc and giving it all to chrome. They have atm reimbursement and Zelle so I really don’t need a branch near me. Definitely recommend this bank for anyone looking for a personalized friendly experience

Jay Pulaski: I had a terrible experience with this bank. Fraudulent funds were spent off my card with disputes that I never got back. The bank would not back me up or help do anything about it I was out over $3000 which left me with nothin in my account!!! Do yourself a favor don’t use this bank!!! Getting a new bank was the best decision I could have ever made.
