2 /5 Richard Lacks: On my first interaction with an employee from this local branch, it was pleasant enough. I financed a used car through them and i didnt have any issues. However, on my second interaction with an employee by the name of Mary, I left upset because of the way she spoke to me at the conclusion of our business. She was seemingly pleasant at first, but after I signed my papers and received my funds, she made some rude comments that really came off as condescendingly biased. I left this establishment happy that i could obtain the funds i needed but also feeling somewhat ashamed that I had to obtain them through a loan. Mary is an older woman, and it was extremely obvious that she had a biased opinion of me AND or the reason i was there. Of which, I do not know. also, there was two other employees there and the one whos name is Dave laughed at the way she spoke, and I honestly did not know how to react to it all. It was extremely belittling and frustrating. This establishments customer service is not a respectable one at all. The only employee i had a good and respectful rapport with was Allison. Kudos to you Allison. At least the have you to pick up the pieces.
