1 /5 Kathy: Today is my first payment due date, called office earlier in the week and they assured me the payment would automatically be deducted from my account today, but it has not. Furthermore there is no customer service available after hours for situations like this. Never have I encountered a problem of such magnitude without having some rep. to communicate with to resolve this problem.

1 /5 Tricia Graeff: They play you out of money. I tried to make a payment and they closed my account so I could not pay it and now they are suing me. I have insurance on here for if I became unemployed and were not using it. I will never come here again. They staff are liers. They tell you one thing and its a complete lye
