1 /5 Denny G: Do not use there financial help. Predatory loaner (interest is crazy) for sure, though I was in a pinch and choices were slim. I should have just waited. Now I’m paying almost $300 a month for a $7,000 loan for 4 or 5 years. (Shame on me but needed money for my business at that time). I’m on year 2 or 3 can’t remember, so be cautious. It doesn’t make sense to use them whatsoever. Just wait because if you make a decision to get a loan you will regret it later and won’t be able to find good help by contacting the representatives. Very unprofessional on the phone, called to see if there were any options for me for help. As things are tight and the rep stated she doesn’t understand, doesn’t know what to tell me, doesn’t know what I’m saying or asking for and that I just need to be making payments. I asked if they took my collateral if that would satisfy the loan and she said she didn’t understand and that it would be difficult for me to get another loan. Which in no way shape or form would I ever get another loan from them or anyone else for that matter. I was hoping she could provide some sort of help or insight to what I could do since previously a rep they had was able to provide help. Now I was frustrated but I was not disrespectful. So she began to give very forceful as a matter of fact upset tone so I stated that I would call back another time as I can tell she’s frustrated and so am I (as she was not listening to what I was saying or providing possible options) she very well could have just flat out said I’m very sorry but there are no options available for help or hold on while I speak to my manager to see what we could possibly do. If there was no help or options then so be it but the lack of understanding and help was apparent .Very unprofessional, would never recommend and will be sure to tell those I know who use third party lenders that Lendmark is not trust worthy. If your looking for a loan, I recommend you look at your financials and just don’t do it. If you have to, do not use Lendmark, research other loan providers.
