1 /5 Eliana: If I could give zero stars, I honestly would they have horrible communication and act like the money is theirs. When there is a problem, there is no solution whatsoever. They are a hot mess. I was appointed to legacy enhancement by my lawyer, but it was the most horrible mistake. Like I said horrible communication they answer you when they want to And if they don’t wanna answer, they just don’t. My name is Melany Merida Puluc and I was assigned to this woman named Dalia Salinas I don’t know if she is the problem or if the company is. I haven sent multiple emails and have received no response to my issue.

1 /5 Dottie Hert: This trust company needs HELP! in addition they should learn to be more cooperative with the clients that chose to use their company, instead of making clients feel like its their companies money. Treating them like their reqest or submission is not valid and/ or making them jump through hoops to get something done. The trust company is not accommodating at all! The other major factor is this type of trust have everything to gain if you die, like whatever monies are remaining in the account. (Suspicious). This trust company is trash. Now that Ive read some of the reviews on this company, not one happy client. All of these companys clients were very regretful, and sorry they put their money, their parents money, and their own monies in this companies trust. Legacy needs to be shut DOWN! They are professional CROOKS!

1 /5 corie cason: Ive asked my trust officer to send over necessary documents to the SSA to avoid losing benefits. So far my son has not received his March or Aprils payment. I asked them to send these documents it took them nearly 3 weeks to fax the SSA resulting in lost benefits. I was under the impression that Legacy Enhancement would submit ALL THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED BY THE ADMINISTRATION in a timely manner. They seem to have no clue what proof the administration is asking for which leaves me going back and forth trying to figure out how to get this information to the respectful parties. Smh...this entire experience has been a nightmare.
