1 /5 Jonathan Taylor: Have had repeated issues with First National allowing funds to be paid out of my account in fraudulent transactions. Takes them a month to clear up the mistake, to make sure the transaction was in fact unauthorized. Each time I call in I have to go through a multiphase process to authenticate my identity.
If they put any similar semblance of care in protecting my money as they do authenticating their own clients, thered be a lot less loss of their clients money.
