1 /5 Northern Goshawk: They wont let me withdraw money from my account because I moved to a different state, despite being handed 2 forms of state issued ID and my SSN. They also refused to update my address in their system. There was ZERO issue a month ago with the same exact identification documents. The money has been in my account for months, not a new deposit. Total, utter, and complete insanity!
So glad I never set up a checking account here or transferred any other aspects of my financial life or activities to Key. Id wind up strangling somebody if I had to deal with this level of nonsense B.S. in my daily life.
Every time I go in, theres an issue. Whether its confusing me/my account with my dads, refusing to process cash advances based on the arbitrary whims of the teller, not crediting my account with the correct interest, their revolving carousel of ID requirements... 4 of the last 6 times Ive been there, its a different problem.
*Edit: Their response below: "You also have the option of using a debit card to withdraw funds or transferring funds online. Very convenient and no need to travel from out of state."
ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME... No matter where I am in the country, if theres a branch there, I should be able to walk in, present ID, and withdraw funds. END. OF. STORY.
