Richard Pitts Agency - Meadville Caleb Hershberger: I’ve been with Pitts agency for the past 5 years , to start with service and communication was great . Then started dealing with owner Don on some policy changes , the communication and customer service is non existent and no phone call returns and wasn’t able to even get quotes on new vehicles , rentals etc . For this reason I would not recommend this company
