1 /5 Jeffrey Kooser: Id give them a 0 star rating if I could. My mother had a major stroke and we needed records from this bank to give to the nursing home to finance it. They refused to give me (POA) the bank statements that I needed to begin the application for the nursing home placement. We had to hire an attorney to get the bank statements even with the power of attorney in hand!

1 /5 MJ Livingood: Just had a terrible experience at the Connellsville location. Rude. Unprofessional staff. I’ve been banking with this branch for 10+ years- I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service.

4 /5 Bill Baughman: Weve been a customer of this bank location for over 30 years now. Theres been numerous changes here over the years. But its still our go-to bank. I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you dont get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know theres not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before. But Ive been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..
