Rosso Nero: Its been a clown show since my mortgages were shipped to BSI, but I held my tongue. As long as I could. I got the conversion paperwork and went online to activate my account. I did so, and set up auto-pay for my first mortgage. I then tried to add the second mortgage, but couldnt. I called customer service only to be told I couldnt add my other mortgages (I have rentals) to my online account, I would have to create separate logins for each of them. I dont know what Windows95 application BSI uses to process payments, but I decided against setting up a bunch of separate accounts, and, as I would have done in 1985, filled out paperwork and mailed it to them authorizing auto pay. It turns out to be a good thing I did, because the autopay request I submitted on their website only worked twice and today I received a past due notice for funds that should have been processed automatically. So I will go ahead and mail paperwork for the final account along with a check for the past due amount.
