1 /5 Landon Divido: Worse service ever, I try to call and get a copy of my W2 since they are the ones that do payroll, Lady didnt know what I was talking about so I ask for a manager or someone that does know what there doing and she laughs at me and hangs up the phone... Customer service is so rude and disrespectful I will never use this company again for taxes or payroll

4 /5 Kim Mclaughlin: They do a good job but last year I thought the price i paid was high but 2022 tax fee was exorbitant since its a computer program and numbers are just entered. More than $200 to file taxes. Took half hour. Cant justify that amount. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable . I miss Joni who retired this year. Tina did a nice job
