1 /5 Ms. JuiLui: I received a privacy notice and called Goldman Sachs immediately to let them know I did not open an account with them. I initially spoke to 2 reps, and the last of the two was a supervisor, who ensured, the account would be closed, and I would receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. I never received the email or even a letter. I called back to see if the account was ever closed, and the rep I spoke to took my info; furthermore, when I asked several times if the account was closed, I received no answer. I then told her, since youre not answering, Im going to assume the account is still opened -she then explained another dept was looking into it...I cant stand untruths... Finally, she tells me the account was closed on 12/5. I told her that didnt even make sense because that means it was closed before I called to let you know theres an account that was opened fraudulently in my name. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and this person basically went through the same thing -speaking to another department to get information. The supervisor came back and told me the account was closed 11/15.... What???????? I told the supervisor that I received 2 different dates of this account being closed; moreover, they were prior to me calling to notify them the account is fraudulent. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 3 min, only for an automated recording to come up and the ask me to complete a survey before I could finish my conversation with this supervisor.
