    Rachel Wolfe: We really wanted to like this place. We heard great things but unfortunately our experience wasnt good. We had our son in the tiny tumbler program and at first he said he was having a lot of fun but after the first two weeks we noticed the kids were spending the majority of the class sitting down waiting their turn to do the activities. Today it seemed they were all having a lot of trouble sitting still and waiting and we noticed it seemed like some of the kids werent getting to take their turns. As soon as we got in the car our son told us the teacher wasnt letting them have their turns because they werent sitting on their circles. I truly do understand the kids need to listen to the rules and pay attention but it has to be hard to be 3-4 years old and told to sit still constantly and making them skip their turns only makes it worse. My son also had to use the bathroom today and when my husband knocked on the door for him to go back into the gym several times he was not let back in until he talked to another employee. The whole thing just seems odd so we decided to drop the class. I will say that from what we saw the older kids doing in the main gym the other classes look great!

    Michelle Ducharme: I had one on one coaching with Selina and it was worth every penny. Shell gently point out your excuses and self blocking behaviors while kindly moving you toward wellness and addressing any special needs your body may have along the way. It was amazing to see the difference in my body with gentle exercise and not having to kill myself in the gym. She gave me a program that could work with my erratic schedule and provided lots of healthy recipes based around the foods I already loved to eat, just better options. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for something different.

Coach John tailors workouts to each member depending on age, ability, injury, and personal goals. The vibe is very fun and positive and I’m definitely stronger than when I started.

    Paul Chepolis: Joined a few weeks back and first impressions are important. I do adult fitness classes. These are exactly what I need. Scalable, tried and trusted activities, and great guidance from instructors. Facility is clean and organized. Nothing flashy and overly trendy...its a very functional gym where you can complete workouts...what I want! Price is right and the owner is extremely responsive and accessible. Chain facilities have their place, but this is what I chose to continue my health journey.
