Liberty Tax - Coatesville Marcy Girton: Worst experience of my life. I was insulted by them telling me that I never paid to have a transcript put in so that I can receive an old W-2. Not only did I pay the $75 but I was so grateful that I paid $100. Then had to pay another $75 to get my folder with my paperwork in so that I could go to h&r block. They never returned phone calls and my taxes sat down in their office for a month and a half and nothing was done will never go back Angela does not listen she likes to talk over everybody very unprofessional my advice is to go to h&r back
