Mace Arana: I have had accounts here for many years because they bought out my previous institution. I was already out and just stopped by. I asked if they could change my last name due to marriage and provided both my old (maiden name) and new REAL ID(married name). They refused! Everyone knows that marriage records are public record but refused look it up. Also, a person has to submit all current/valid documents to the state to even obtain a REAL ID. They wanted my marriage certificate. The kicker is that if I close my current accounts with my maiden name and open a new account- then they WILL use my current REAL ID to open a whole new account!!!! Really!! The same REAL ID that I originally gave them in the 1st place!!!! SMH! RIDICULOUS!

Dakota Trimpey: Worst experience ever… we made an appointment for 2:15 we arrived at 2 pm. The asst. branch manager checked all my papers when I walked in and told me I had everything I needed. We were told to sit. Not until 2:53 did we get called back only to be told sorry the paper you have doesn’t have a seal my bad. Not only did she become unprofessional and just walked away but had no insight. And the dude who was helping us knew she was wrong and didn’t even try to make it work. I’ll be taking my $100k check to another institution. What a joke and waste of time. I’ll be contacting cooperate to address this further.

Gwendolyn Campbell: I love banking with credit unions, however this particular branch may need a refresher on customer service. We use this branch on Saturdays because our home branch isnt open on Saturdays. Upon entering the branch, the atmosphere doesnt feel welcoming, the representatives dont speak. We ask for services that are offered to members and this particular branch always turns us away without options or suggestions. Its a waste of time to travel and its disheartening knowing they could be a little more friendly and helpful. I would rate this bank a negative star if that option was available.
