1 /5 William Miller: I have never experienced such poor service from a brokerage firm. I know they are currently working remotely, but my current financial advisor is as well and we have had no delays in inter company transfers and have waited weeks for Morgan Stanley to complete a account to account transfer which is still not competed! I do not recommend!!

1 /5 Nick Martens: 0 stars for being incompetent, secretive, and downright rude. Michael Glovas Jr. was the person in charge of setting up a simple savings account and due to assuming my current employer, rather than asking, he got my name entirely blacklisted from Morgan Stanley. When I had called to see what was put down for my information, NOBODY at that office would give me that information. I mean how is it a company can fill out your "information" on your behalf and then not even give you a copy of what they sent so you can correct them? A big suggestion for anyone looking to invest is to simply look elsewhere! This firm was likely made popular and useful from Michael Glovas SENIOR if I had to guess... Its a shame that Michael Glovas Jr clearly cannot keep up with what his father had created. Being a multi business owner I just cannot fathom what was going through Mr. Glovas Jrs head when he decided to willy nilly put down random information instead of asking questions. We all know what they say about assuming and well I guess my first mistake was ASSUMING this was a good firm to go to. STEER CLEAR!
