1 /5 Ariel Wang: Very rude customer service! I was calling them this morning in regards of a transition that was processed by BNY MELLON and wanted to request more information about it. The lady who was answering the phone was really rude and impatient. She told me that she couldnt find the company that I provided with the company ID (that was totally fine that you couldnt find it), but the tone she used and the whole service she provided made me feel " i dont have time to deal with your request; you d better check again with your bank again, and dont waste my time!". It made me feel very uncomfortable!
Youd better learn from BOA Merrill Lynch customer service. They know much much much better than you to provide excellent customer services by saying : thank you; I appreciate your waiting; I am sorry; how about this...etc. Thats how you do business and continue in a long way!
