1 /5 Kristen Haddigan: Had my sons 6th birthday party here on 10/19/25. Multiple attractions were closed due to staffing is how it was explained to me. This makes little sense from my perspective, as there was at least one other party there with ours. When you have parties scheduled, wouldnt you think to have enough staff to accommodate?? I mean people are spending upward of $400 to visit. I have a trampoline in my backyard.. which is essentially all that was available to the kids on this day.. and the dodgeball. Thats it. Basketball was closed. Slides were closed. And the other attraction in the back left corner was closed. Ridiculous!
There was also literally no guidance or instruction from staff on timeline or expectations of the party. I had to go up to the cou ter twice to ask questions. No acknowledgement of the birthday boy at all, aside from a white board with his name on it outside of the room.
There was no trash can for our assigned room. We had to find one and bring it in ourselves.
Literally ALL of the railings were sticky. Not just one spot, but every railing. And we personally witnessed a female staff member using the restroom and failing to wash her hands afterward. Absolutely disgusting.
I would NOT recommend this venue at all and we will not be returning. There are many other trampoline parks that outshine Altitude!!
